Sober Lit Review seeks to merge the many aspects of my personal life experiences: My time spent brewing and packaging craft beer, my family experiences with heavy drinking, literature, creativity and writing, mental health care, ADHD, baking, NA beverages, and more. Our lives are a complex stew with many layers of flavor that cannot easily be teased out from one another. The richness of our sober lives depends on embracing that.
